We found the box lid (only), with other pieces … more Mid Century "Lacrima" ceramic box designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi. We found the box lid (only), with other pieces from an estate sale years ago. The Bitossi box body - missing its lid, was a recent find - what are the odds?!!! So the box is complete once again. The glazes, while not an exact match, are very complimentary - turquoise underglaze shows through the deeper blue of the box, while hints of the deep blue show on the edges and interior of the lid. A beautiful reunion of a Bitossi classic.
