It Comes from the Transitional Edwardian Art Deco Era - Circa Early 20th Century. The Exterior in Done in a Wonderful Light Blue Color that can Best Be Described as Somewhere Between Sky Blue and Tiffany Blue Guilloche Style French Enamel. This is a Very Fine Quality Hand Made Piece with Superlative Detail in the Features. It has a Makers Mark that I Could Not Identify. It is Also Marked T 164 and STERLING. It is in Very Nice Condition with Absolutely No Damage To The Enamel - Displays Beautifully. Note That The White Surface Spots in Some of My Photographs are Reflections From My Lighting. The Bell Has a Lovely Sustaining Ring Tone. It is Quite Heavy For its Size with a Substantial Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 80.79 Grams - 2.957 Troy Ounces!
