Fabricated in Japan but very English or French in style. Highly textural woven surface. Lovely to display on its own or repurpose as a vase. Marked "Made in Japan" or "Japan" indicating fabrication between 1921 and 1947 or after 1952. We believe them to be from the earlier period.

Good vintage condition; chip on edge, stable shallow cracks, crazing, none of which detract from its appearance.
