It is Completely Hand Made with Hand Engraved Decorations Including Flowers that are Done in the Classic American Victorian Era "Bright Cut" Style. The front is Engraved with the Woman's Name "Genie". It has No Maker Mark but it is Marked STERLING. It is in Very Good Condition - No Damage - No Repairs - Lightly Tarnished.
It has a Substantial Weight of 32.76 Grams - 1.054 Troy Ounces.
It Measures 1 3/4 inches tall x 1 1/4 inches Wide - Long.
