He became a household name after taking General de Gaulle's photograph and later Salvador Dali's, but the majority of his portfolio is made up of portraits of the anonymous working class. His works have appeared in international newspapers and magazines, numerous books, and group and solo exhibitions. He has also worked under the pseudonym 'Yan'.

On the Sainte Cecile Cathedrale featured in the poster, it is said that "The construction of Albi’s cathedral began in the 13th century and took two hundred years to complete.
