Interesting French modernist aluminum ice bucket or wine cooler. Specially designed for tall Alsace white wine bottles (but it will of course works with any other wine bottles), this ice bucket was used in restaurants in France in the 1950s. Red Bakelite handles and advertising copper plaque with engraving. The plaque reads: Dopff Domaines Dopff - Clos du Moulin - Riquewihr - URBA. Perfect barware accessory for great party entertainment.
