This is a Totally Made Piece of Silver. The Fancy Completely Hand Chased & Engraved Perimeter is done in the Classic Baltimore Floral Style of Decoration. The Complexity and Attention to Detail in the Hand Tooled Features can Easily Be Attributed to a Master Silversmith. It is in Excellent Condition.
