This Really is an Absolutely Beautiful - Very Fine Quality Antique American Sterling Silver Champagne & Wine Bottle Coaster. It is Marked STIEFF STERLING - Was Made by one of Americas Premier Silver Makers - The STIEFF Company of Baltimore Maryland. It Also has Other Marks That Include 225 ( Model Number ), 7 IN ( Denotes its 7 Inch Size, and It Has The Documented Stieff Date Mark ( Crescent Design ) That Confirms that It Was Made in 1911. This is a Totally Made Piece of Silver. The Fancy Completely Hand Chased & Engraved Perimeter is done in the Classic Baltimore Floral Style of Decoration. The Complexity and Attention to Detail in the Hand Tooled Features can Easily Be Attributed to a Master Silversmith. It is in Excellent Condition. The Super Fine Detail in Floral Features are Crisp & Chiselled like New. It is Lightly Tarnished. The Center Has a Fancy Hand Engraved 3 Letter Monogram. It has a Substantial Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 176.52 Grams - 5.676 Troy Ounces.
