Gorgeous old Masters style oil on canvas of young Peasant Boy. Dark and mysterious. Painting is definitely 1800s evaluating rhe canvas and hardware as well as age to painting. Some crazing present and expected. Frame is a 1900s addition. No signature found but could be there upon a professional cleaning. The bottom is very dark to black paint. Very well done.
