This desk was made at about 1860's from solid beech wood with natural finished. It is very heavy and sturdy. There is a lattice foot rest at bottom made of equally fine polished beech wood. You can easily see from the pictures that some of the age wear but it shows you the beautiful patina. This stunning antique piece reflect the furniture art of Qing Dynasty.
