Documented to designer … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown pink stripes and gold flecks Italian art glass double opening flower vase. Documented to designer Ercole Barovier, for Barovier e Toso. The vase has a scalloped rim, with the center pinched together to create 2 openings. Created in the "Zebrati" design, with pink swirling stripes throughout the inside of the vase, and the "Cordonato d'Oro" technique on the outside. The vase is profusely covered in heavy gold leaf throughout, with a rope pattern. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity, or coffee table. Use it as a flower vase, or display it as a sculptural piece. Mid-century era. Measures 7 1/4" long x 5 1/4" tall x 4 1/2" wide.
