19th Century Desk Inlaid Edwards & Roberts London Absolutely Exquisite inlaid Masterpiece made by Edward & Roberts, a world renowned Furniture Maker. It’s exquisite inlay craftsmanship is truly Spectacular! This is an authentic 1880’s Edwards & Roberts Writing Desk . Newer copies of it have been made and sold. Place the pictures of newer copies of this desk beside this true authentic 180O’s hand inlaid Roberts & Edwards of London Desk! Notice the fine intricacy of the inlay on this desk , the thick old brass gallery detail . The lovely pearl inlay inset detail around the side edges. This outstanding desk is unmatched in quality age woods , fine superior craftsmanship. The aged leather shows it’s authenticity! If desired the leather could inexpensively be replaced . The ink marks on the top shelf were lightly sanded to retain it’s authenticity. This stunningly gorgeous 1800’s Hepplewhite style writing desk has great pride of ownership and is a rare Heirloom piece to treasure for generations to come!!
