The frame has a slight wiggle and there is one broken spindle. A carpenter can easily re-furbish this Chair. Otherwise wear is usual for its age. Please see photos. Rare collector's item, gorgeous chair that you will love having in your home! Measurements: approx 43"High x 20 x 24 and floor to seat 19".
