Condition Report
In structurally sound and sturdy condition. Rolls smoothly. There is some patina some of which is shown. There are 2 small chips on the back side of the top piece of the glass where it fits around the post as shown in the 9th pic. Brass has some patina and some of this is shown in the photos.
