This rare vintage 1920's Gouda Holland Art Nouveau hand painted signed Dutch art pottery trumpet vase is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Dutch art pottery vase is made in Gouda Holland in the 1920's of ceramic clay. The trumpet shape vase with round attached base form is outstanding and impressive with the matte glaze finish gorgeous hand painted Art Nouveau style decorative design pattern details in a beautiful vibrant multicolor palette. The vase is signed and numbered on the underside bottom.
The Gouda style of Dutch art pottery is named after the city of Gouda, where it was historically produced since The Late 19th Century. Gouda Pottery gained worldwide prominence in The Early Twentieth Century with its diverse and visually distinctive appearance. The colorful illustrative decorative characteristic Art Nouveau style pottery remains highly collected and desirable.
The Art Nouveau Dutch art pottery vase measures 5 1/4" DIA top x 4 1/4" DIA base X 9 3/4" H.
