Two oval platters from Royal Doulton in the Canton pattern. The larger platter measures 16 1/8" x 12 1/2", the smaller platter measures 13 1/4" X 10 1/4". They are in brand new condition and are exquisitely beautiful!
The Canton pattern was manufactured for 18 years from 1978 - 1996 by the Royal Doulton China company, based in the UK. The discontinued Royal Doulton Canton pattern stands out from other china patterns in a most elegant way, with its soft grey border & verge & its muted floral design it has proved to be a very versatile pattern that works with many designs & is quite beautiful in its own right. less
