A rare, attractive, and unique 20th-century Burmese lacquerware tabletop cup in traditional Burmese style on top with a red interior. All sides are hand-painted.
The cup is in excellent condition, with minimal wear for its age. It shows pride of ownership from the previous owner. This piece was recently discovered in the legendary interior designer Lucia Lawrence's private collection and it has been stored in a climate-controlled environment continuously, wrapped in Shipping paper.
