A beautifully ornamented ca. 1900 wall mirror with lots of detail rendered in gold leafed gessoed composition. The frame is deeply moulded with a cavetto flaring out at the back. Good antique condition: gilding is bright with patina in places, signs of age, craquelure and separations throughout. Some surface distress: small losses and associated restorations.
