The colors are green & blue. The blue looks turquoise or teal depending the light. The design is raised blue glass is frosted.. Plates are 9". One cup has dark marks it's in the glass, production flaw not damage. Irregularities in the glass texture are not damage this is how it was made. This set is in excellent condition. See less
