The piece shows … more This is a very large four-tier Mountain Pine Tree and Pine Cone sculpture chandelier by Berry Bates. The piece shows four tiers of lights with a wrought iron tree bark branch construction having various branches holding dozens of finely hand-crafted metal pine cones with immense details. The light shows dozens of candlelight style bulbs having the original dripping wax cover. Each section of branch are artfully tied together as if in a heap with a wrapping of genuine Steer Hide Leather. Berry Bates founded Asheville Ironworks and later Sculptures by Berry Bate and has always been considered a true leader in the sculpture community spending time in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and her home of Bronxville, New York. This piece is more a work of art sculpture that is a true one of a kind than a chandelier as it is handmade with immense detail and skill. less
