The high-quality crystal has three rows of large polkadots a whimsical and attractive design. Monogram is in German but does not look like German glass it looks rich and it is so beautiful. The vase looks like it has never been used but has gotten a little ding at some point in the silver top but really does not look bad. Sterling monogrammed in the 50s. Sterling mark 925. The sterling top measures 6“diameter x 2“. less
