Very nice single bookend of solid walnut and pottery tiles designed by Jane and Gordon Martz for Marshall Studio in the 1960s. Mid-Century Modern style. Very good to Excellent condition, The wood measures 5.25" wide x 7.75" high and 1" thick. The 6 tiles are 1.25" square and are centered in the piece. There is a 4.25" long metal shoe with a rubberized coating to the bottom to prevent slipping and to avoid scratching. The tiles are a mottled green color. Made in Indiana, USA.
