This is a wonderful low dish from the celebrated Danish artist and designer Bjorn Wiinblad.
It depicts round-faced people and flora and fauna, enjoying a pleasure garden in the countryside .Groups and couples stroll, row and relax along the banks of a river bridged by an oriental-style bridge. A pair of swans swim by as the group of boaters tip their hats to the trio of ladies with parasols standing prettily atop the bridge. The blue and white glazed aka faience is typical of Wiinblad's work, and gives the ceramics an illustrative quality.

It is in good vintage condition. Signed with Nymolle symbol, artist's signature and title & item # on the bottom.
The artist's signature is also on the left lower corner, incorporated into the design of this charming decorative serving piece.
There are holes for hanging it to display on the wall.
