This is another painting by Texas artist Crystol Spillars (1932-2022). Spillars was a gifted and versatile painter trained at the Glassell School of Fine Art in Houston, Texas. She painted a wide variety of subject matter including pure abstraction, multicultural portraiture, figurative art landscapes and waterscapes. Her last works were influenced by her love of abstract expressionism. less
