This rare vintage 1950's Mid Century Modern art pottery extra large pink mermaid ceramic planter bowl decorative centerpiece is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Mid Century Modern style sculptural mermaid form is made in The United States in the 1950's of ceramic art pottery by Royal Haeger. It features beautiful raised relief surface design details, with a gorgeous light pink and ivory white satin glaze finish. The mermaid holds a scallop shell shape bowl in front, with an open planter vessel in her back. This extra large statement decorative centerpiece is a bold and impressive example of Mid Century Modern art pottery at its best.
The vintage extra large ceramic planter bowl centerpiece measures 22 1/2" W X 7 3/4" D X 13 3/4" H. It is brand marked Royal Haeger USA on the underside bottom.
It is in excellent clean vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. less
