This set of two vintage Mid Century Modern Barovier & Toso Italian Murano art glass Aventurine gold leaf Abstract swirl decorative round bowls is an incredibly special and unique set to add to your collection.
The freeform round shape decorative bowls are made in Murano Italy in The Mid Twentieth Century by Barovier & Toso for KB New York, of heavyweight hand blown art glass. The Modernist design bowls feature a gorgeous Aventurine technique gold leaf design, with a beautiful variegated pink and transparent clear Abstract swirl palette.
KB Koscherack Brothers was a New York and Venice Italy based exclusive company in The Mid Twentieth Century that imported Murano glass decorative arts from several important Venetian glass designers including Barovier & Toso. The original KB made in Italy import labels are still attached on the underside bottom of the bowls.
The set of two hand blown Mid Century Modernist Murano art glass bowls each measure 5 3/4" W X 5 3/4" D X 2 1/2" H.
They are in excellent " like new " clean vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. Please see photos for condition reference. The set is now being offered here for an excellent price. less
