This Early 20th Century English Hotel Silver Silverplate Serving Platter is hallmarked Arthur Price, England on the underside. Having a classic oval shape these pieces were made extra dense and heavy. Highly collectable, hotel silver is a very heavy silver plate, usually triple-plated over another type of metal to make it durable for hotel and commercial use. This piece has been well used and loved through the years, the imperfections add to the patina.
