Description: This Japanese black porcelain hand painted bamboo handled divided serving tray was made in Japan and it was produced around … more This Japanese black porcelain hand painted bamboo handled divided serving tray was made in Japan and it was produced around the 1970's. This divided serving tray comes with the original bamboo handle that was hand woven by a skilled craftsman with dark stained bamboo and the handle is in "Pristine Condition" with no cracks, no breaks or splits, no repairs, and very little wear to it. The divided tray was hand painted with overglaze enamel paints depicting red and blue roses with a geometric border that was done exceptionally well. This bamboo handled hand painted black porcelain serving tray measures 8 1/2" wide by 6 1/2" tall with the handle and it is in "Excellent Condition" with no cracks, no repairs, no crazing to the glaze, and only one minor chip to the overglaze enamel of the piece only for the age of it.
