- Vintage Late C.1970's early C.1980's; are these unusually rare coloration, of original, Karl Spinger Tessellated Stone and Brass base trimmed … more Vintage Late C.1970's early C.1980's; are these unusually rare coloration, of original, Karl Spinger Tessellated Stone and Brass base trimmed set of candle holders in a amethyst to purple burgundy, or cabernet red coloration along with grays and whites, as some close up images indicate. Along with this the Country of provenance sticker is affixed to base bottom of each candle holder, along with the KS initials, as in made for karl Springer Productions, within the Philippines, which had manufacturer's for Maitland-Smith and Karl Springer Pieces for the American Marketplace, in boutique dept. stores during the 1960's-and throughout the 1980's In great condition with minor mall flea bite chip to circular top of one candle holder, not a detractor, but the mere fact the longevity of retention of these are quite rare to find, and maintain for the next generation of Karl Springer Designs as aficionados' have become well-aware of pieces of distinct deign and quality.
