Classic mid-century goodness in this vintage oil on canvas painting of sitter Charles Foster. The artist has a deft hand and we'd guess the likeness is pretty accurate, given the realism of the features, right down to the flattop haircut. Nice handling of the cable knit sweater texture, too.
