Very stylized Mid Century high boy chest, having a lower section with two doors that open to interior drawers, and an upper section that features two deep drawers, creating ample storage space.
The chest has sculptural dimensional pulls on the lower doors, cabriole legs, and tapered cone pulls at the top drawers. The finish is done in a dark edging that grades to a medium tone in the center - pure 1950's American middle class aesthetic taste, which has become chic once again.
The chest shows a flaw in the finish at the top, and some general signs of age and use, please see images. less
