This Pablo Picasso rare vintage 1988 Mid Century Modern offset lithograph print custom framed French fine art poster " The Model in the Studio " 1954, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The French poster print is published by Nouvelles Images S.A. Editeurs, printed in France in 1988 in an unnumbered limited edition. It features a Mid Century Modern artwork image originally created by Picasso in 1954 titled " Le Modele Dans L'Atelier ( The Model in the Studio ) ", Musee Picasso-Paris / Cliche Musees Nationaux, copyright SPADEM, 1988.
Pablo Picasso ( 1881 - 1973 ) was a Spanish born painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, poet and playwright who spent most of his life in France. He is regarded as one of the most important and influential artists of The Twentieth Century. Exceptionally prolific throughout the course of his long life, Picasso achieved universal renown and immense fortune for his revolutionary artistic accomplishments, and became one of the most well known figures in 20th Century Art.
The rare out of print offset lithograph print framed fine art poster measures 28" W X 24 7/8" H X 1 1/2" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte satin finish bleached white oak wood museum box style frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " clean vintage condition consistent with age and very light signs of handling.
