Fully articulating heads and arms which rotate fully in the base, this lamp operates via a cord switch. .Marked Made in Italy, COS.MO. It is two pieces.. base and arm with lamp. My measurements are approximate. Weighted Base is 9 inches diameter, shade is 8 1/8 inches diameter, arm extension is approx 21 inches. In good condition (some wear see photos of nicks and marks) Wiring is fine and articulates well in all directions. Wired for USA use 2 prong plug. I purchased this lamp used from WJ Sloane design department in early 1970's. Im limited on listing images, please ask for additional details. less
