The lovingly time-worn navy blue field features an all-over millefleur design composed of opulent frondescence, hyacinth blossoms, rosettes, leafy tendrils, floral sprigs, and curved sickle leaves. It is enclosed with a traditional millefleur border flanked with a double inner and outer guard band.
