It is signed lower right, but the signature is cut off by the frame and I'm unable to determine the artist, unfortunately. Purchased from a Rhode Island estate.

It measures 40 3/4" wide, 30 1/2" tall and 1 3/4" deep. It is in good overall condition, the frame has some mild wear, and the painting has some small paint loss along the top edge as shown in the closeups. less
