This is for a vintage fireplace box for Kindling, newspapers, wood to pinecones. It is a wooden box that has a thin embossed layer of brass that is decorated with vintage sailboats and a nautical scene. It was most likely crafted in England and from the 1920's. I did not completely clean this as I believe the patina and shown use adds to the character of the item. Besides the intended use it is a great plant stand or plant holder with a liner used. This measures: 10 3/4 inches tall x 16 inches wide x 11 inches deep and sits up on small feet.
All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns.
Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.
