Footed - oblong - rectangle silver plate tray. It has such nice clean lines and offers a Scandinavian vibe, but was made in Meriden, CT. Likely made in the 1950s-1960s The tray is part of a seving set.
W & S Blackinton was a silver manufacturing company in Meriden, Connecticut. This piece was produced in after Ellmore Silver Co. bought W & S Blackinton. In 1966, Raimond Silver Co. acquired W & S Blackinton.
