Chinese Porcelain haitangzun dragon vase, white glazed body, interior, lip and inset base. On the front and back of the vase are large oval cartouches, bordered by small Ru Yi lappets, of a finely drawn, five clawed, red ocean dragon chasing a red pearl of wisdom amid blue and white capped roiling ocean waves amid red Taoist character flames. The two large cartouches are surrounded two sky dragons on each side of the vase chasing red pearls of wisdom amid stylized, polychrome clouds and red Taoist character flames. All decoration is done in a slight bas-relief. A blue six character Qianlong reign mark is glazed to the inset base. The finely carved traditional chinese hongmu stand is included. Circa early 20th century, no later than mid century.
