Elegant and large, vintage Murano hand blown rich sapphire blue and gold flecks diamond design Italian art glass flower vase. Documented, signed and labelled by Vincenzo Nason. The label reads "V. Nason & C. Murano Italy", and the signature on the foot is "V Nason". The color on this piece is really magnificent. The photos do not do it justice. The top and foot of the vase are connected by a large decorative ball with ribs, infused with gold. The shape of the vase is often described as "Veronese". Would make a great display piece on any table, or mantel. Mid-century era. Measures 14" tall.
