- An antique, 19th-century white marble table lamp, with carved flower designs on both sides, and a brass ormolu base. Probably … more An antique, 19th-century white marble table lamp, with carved flower designs on both sides, and a brass ormolu base. Probably French Empire, c. 1870-1890; possibly Italian. Chip on top rim, as shown. One base corner a little rough. Early rewiring. The top has an unusual piece, and needs a top finishing nob or just a new finial. Looks to be marble (not alabaster). 3.75" wide by 8.5" to the top of the marble, 11.75 to the top of the socket, and 18" to the top. less
