An elegant Danish antique, circa 1850, inlaid mahogany games table. Restored in the recent past, retaining antique character marks throughout, dark rich patina, and luminous sheen.
This versatile table morphing from a demilune shaped salon table to a circular centre table, having a patinated brass hinged solid mahogany top with beautifully aged antique mahogany coloring, warm hues, and stunning grain detail, over a demilune shaped apron fitted with a single drawer, high quality dovetail joinery, and contrasting satinwood banding, rising on tapered legs, terminating in diminutive castors.
One side flips up with brass hinges, while the two wooden hinged rear legs open to support the extended round tabletop.
