-Interesting expressionist figurative work by noted Philadelphia artist ANTHONY FERRARA (1930-2012; American / Pennsylvania), depicting two poses of an ethnic woman (possibly Black / African / Caribbean / Polynesian), titled "Two Deep", created in 1999. Oil paint on stretched canvas, mounted in a simple wood frame painted black. Signed and lower right; dated verso.
-Approximate dimensions: 40" high, 30" wide, 1" deep (frame).
-Very good vintage condition with light wear and no significant damages. One small surface loss on the right figure. Cleaning or restoration has not been attempted by us.
-Colors: orange, red, green, gray / grey, black, white, beige.
