Organically shaped with a touch of whimsy this one of a kind pair of fir chairs was handcrafted in 1912 in the Big Sur/Carmel region of Central California. The bottom of each chair is signed M. Wieland .
The fir grain, and the mirrored negative spaces carved into the backs of these solid chairs give them sculptural, and whimsical qualities that work in any style of decor.
