We are selling this fabulous intricately inlaid Italian box. This Renaissance-revival box is very finely inlaid with mother of pearl abalone walnut woods on the exterior of this box. The box is labeled as Rome and dated 1865, but it is possible based on construction that the box was re-made in 1865 from much earlier actual Renaissance parts.
Condition: Many losses to the inlay.
