Beautiful and classic Chinese form planter or pot with it's own drip tray. The colour of this rare glaze is so eyecatching and the richness of the copper colour contrasts with the green of plants excellently. Any plants with a hint of red/burnt orange/sienna in their leaves would also look equally as nice.
The planter has a wasted top rim and attached under plate also in rare red copper glaze.
No markings.
Excellent condition.
Vintage, Mid 20th Century. Nice decorative piece.
