Top bowl (which holds water), includes an iron working spout that when ornate handle is lifted water pours and collects in the basin below. Basin can also be used as a planter, then easy water when spout is lifted. Marked "Made in Italy." Holes on back of both pieces for wall display. Lovely in garden or displayed in entry of home.
