This Andy Warhol Estate rare vintage 1988 Pop Art lithograph print custom framed Guggenheim Museum exhibition poster " Mercedes-Benz W125 Grand Prix Car 1937 " 1986, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is published by The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum New York, printed in 1988 in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the " Andy Warhol Cars " exhibition, with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol estate and Foundation for Visual Arts. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1986 titled " Mercedes-Benz W125 Grand Prix Car 1937 ", collection Damier-Benz AG.

Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, artworks, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
The rare out of print framed museum exhibition poster measures 23 1/2" W X 34" H X 1" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern brushed brass satin finish gold tone metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
