Brutalist modernism in glass form, this set of glasses will bring beauty and elegance to any modern bar or table.
Ultima Thule glasses are part of Iittala's iconic glassware line created in the 1960's by Tapio Wirkkala, the inspiration found in the look of the melting spring ice of Northern Finland. The Ultima Thule style is based on a technique developed in tandem by Wirkkala and Iittala. The form is created as the molten glass slowly burns away the surface of the wooden molds, a highly unique process.
