This is a Chinese Sitting Buddha Amitabha Shakyamuni carved from cream white color marble stone. It has a simple meditation posture and a clean body finish. It is a nice piece for Zen garden design or indoor home decoration.
This Varada mudra symbolizes charity, compassion, and boon-granting. It is the mudra of the accomplishment of the wish to devote oneself to human salvation.
