This really is a Beautiful - Fine Quality Antique American Sterling Silver Bon Bon or Nut Scoop.

Circa Very Early 20th Century. It is done in a Very Fancy Reticulated Rococo & Floral Design. It is Signed - Has a Gorham Silver Company Maker Mark and it is Marked Sterling. It Also Marked THEODORE B. STARR - This Being the well known and documented department store where it was originally purchased. It is in Excellent Condition - Lightly Tarnished. Note that it has a Fancy Hand Engraved 3 Letter Monogram on the Underside - Bottom of the Scoop - See Listing Photograph. It has a Substantial Solid Cast Sterling Silver Weight of 46.87 Grams / 1.507 Troy Ounces.
It Measures 5 1/2 Inches Long x 2 1/2 Inches Wide at Scoop / 1 5/16 Inches Wide at Handle.
