This Antique Vintage EAPG Cranberry Coin Dot Pattern Ruffled Enameled Floral 8" Art Glass Pitcher has a beautiful design of hand painted enamel flowers and was probably made by Fenton.
It is made of cranberry glass and the handle of clear reeded glass has been applied. It has a beautiful hand painted enamel design of yellow and white fuchsia flowers with foliage outlined in gold. The decoration is delicate and detailed over the coin dot pattern of cranberry glass.
I inherited this stunning art glass piece from my grandmother who inherited it from her uncle in 1973. He was an art glass collector in California. I have inherited about 50 pieces from his extensive collection and will list many of them for sale.
It measures 8" tall and is 6" in diameter. The shape is bulbous.
It is in very good condition but has a couple of issues - a tiny chip on the base and a crack on the base (please see arrows in the last 2 photos). Also I notice a couple of tiny rough spots that look like manufacturing flaws (if you zoom in on the main photo, you can see a grayish mark on the side of the spout).
Please look at the photos carefully as they are the most important part of the description.
